The practical training in our childbirth class gives you a unique opportunity to practice the effective Birth Without Fear tools together so that you become an unbeatable team and can confidently use them during contractions.

All our classes have the same content. We mix theory, practice and the different exercises that help you understand more about how you use the tools and how your roles differ.

-The classes take place in Greenwich, London with midwife Emilie Wicks or in Stockholm with a certified Give Birth Without Fear instructor.
